№ 129 issued by FRPI. In 2006 Nirad Ltd. has created the first specialized site in Bulgaria for roadside assistance
(www.nirad.hit.bg).
For customers' convenience, the company opened in 2008 a special 0-24h call center for emergency calls
(with four digit number and no increasing of the price of the phone service).
Nirad Ltd. created a road forum
